How fast can you actually get to me?

Our target is 2 hours across Perth Metro from the moment we take the call. Outside Perth Metro, we'll give you an honest ETA when you call.

What does an emergency callout cost?

After-hours and weekend callout fees apply on top of standard service rates. We'll explain charges upfront when you call — no hidden surprises after the job.

Are you really available 24/7?

Yes. Calls go directly to a technician, day or night, weekends and public holidays. Commercial breakdowns don't follow business hours and neither do we.

What information should I have ready when I call?

Equipment type (coolroom, freezer, display fridge), what's happening (temperature climbing, no power, compressor running constantly, etc.), site address, and rough age of the equipment if known. The more we know upfront, the faster we can help.

Can you fix it on the first visit?

Most emergency callouts are resolved on the first visit. We carry common parts in the van and can diagnose most faults on-site. If a specialist part is needed, we'll do everything possible to source it quickly and protect your stock in the meantime.

What if my equipment is from a brand you haven't worked on?

We service all major commercial refrigeration brands including Cabero, Bitzer, LU-VE, Tecumseh, Kirby, Bromic, Williams, Copeland, Danfoss, Skope and Hoshizaki. If it's commercial refrigeration, we can almost certainly help.

Do you handle air conditioning emergencies too?

Yes. We respond to commercial air conditioning breakdowns including ducted, VRF and split systems. Refrigeration takes priority during peak demand because of stock-loss risk, but we attend AC failures the same day where possible.

Are existing maintenance clients prioritised?

Yes. Maintenance program clients receive priority response over standard callouts during peak demand.
